'WOW' is what I wanted' WOW' is what I got
I was really looking forward to having a new kitchen, we went to the showroom and looked at the displays, it was really helpful to see how things looked and worked, it really helped us to decide what we wanted from our new kitchen. Paul helped us to design the layout and was really helpful with suggestions, it was great to see it on the plan.
We were all set then we had a change to the layout but it was no problem, Paul re did the plan and adjustments for the cupboards, then just when we thought we were all sorted I realised I did not like the work top I had chosen, again this was no problem, Paul altered plan again!
The order went through, a couple of days later a beautiful display of flowers arrived from wren thanking us for the order, a lovely gesture.
The kitchen arrived on time, delivery men were really good, there was a door missing but there was a note taped to the packaging letting us know it was to follow( which it Did within 7 days), we were short of a couple of soft close fittings, I rang Paul and he sorted immediately.
All now finished and I am very happy with my kitchen and the service provided by wren, especially Paul the salesman.
