Five items ordered ,no comment on stock ,therefore assumed available.Four items arrive , dispatch paperwork says one to follow ,handwritten,
very annoying as contractor now cannot complete second fix.

However my only comment is that we can only supply what manufacturers supply to us, sometimes there are production problems that our out of our control, it is obviously in our interest to supply you products as fast as possible.
