great prices...nearly great service
No doubt the prices are very competitive. When I rang to ask for advice they were pretty good. But when an item I'd ordered was not in stock they were not at all proactive in letting me know, or on chasing it up. Having said that, I'd have no hesitation in using them again... especially as they all have such lovely Geordie accents!

Good advice, good price, and great delivery service
I asked some very numpty questions by phone and email - answered well and promptly. Competitive price (I did trawl the internet!). Really helpful facility to track your order and be updated about its status so I could in turn tell my plumber when things would arrive. Would definitely use again
