This is the second time we've used Marks Electricals - came back as brilliant before and this time the price was good. Everything went well with organizing delivery then the day before they rang to say they hadn't got our freezer but it would be in the following week and did we still want it. Said yes and was told they would be in touch to arrange delivery - this is the only blip in an otherwise faultless customer service as no-one phoned or texted back. Eventually I rang and delivery was arranged for the following day and everything went like clockwork. Very pleased with freezer and efficient and friendly delivery by Sally. Will still come back as apart form the non-contact the organization is faultless.
