I purchased a learner electric guitar from online shop, checked to see if it could be delivered to my work address with customer services, told to contact store direct, told yes if it was a confirmed paypal adress..still sent to my home address!!...left with neighbour..no amp, no leads , no discs etc, had to battle to get collected from my work address..they wanted me to send it back!....eventually got this agreed as it was on my confirmation email! Why was I not contacted to say it was incomplete at least? Very very poor!
