I was not aware the goods were being sent from Spain until I received the dispatch notification, by which time it was too late to cancel my order. My main problem was with the possible return costs should the ski jacket not fit me. The jacket did not fit, so it cost me £18 to return it to Spain. I took issue with the company that their website is misleading in various aspects. They took my comments on board, made a couple of small changes to the website, but still insisted it was my own fault, and refused to provide me with a pre-paid return address label; Hence the One Star Rating.
