I never ever would have placed an order at Beautybay.com.
The frustration of not getting my order and having to chase it all the time is just not worth it.
All I want is the receive the items I paid GBP 44,- for, but all I seem to be getting is automated replies saying my parcel is on it´s way.
I am sorry but I just don´t buy it anymore.
I want to have the items ordered send by courier and a tracking number, so I can check that it is actually shipped.
If this is not possible, I wan´t the GBP 44,- credited back to my account.
If I don´t have either my money back or the items I ordered within the next 7 days, I see no other option than to contact the British press, whom I think will be interested in investigating and helping me and all the other unhappy customers.
I seriously hope Beautybay will get their act together and redeem themselves, so I can be one of the happy customers they do seem to have...

I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We need to allow 20 working days for delivery with the Free Saver Delivery service before we can deem it as lost. Please contact Customer Services if you still have not received the parcel by 6th March and they will be able to help you with this.
