Disabled and Dumped!!!!!

We got on their bus before 4 in the afternoon at Harrods. The driver seemed pleasant, saying 'hello' as we got on.
Some 50 minutes later he told us to get off the bus as the service was terminating. We tried telling the driver that we were miles from where we wanted be dropped off on the route and all the help and advice he gave us was to tell us that another bus 'MIGHT' come along later.
We were not told a time the service would be terminated or where it would be terminated and being disabled I was not amused at being dumped miles away from where I want to be. Not the service I paid for or expected.
