I purchased a pair of wellies from them and was entitled to a discount of 10% as it was a first time purchase. The wellies came up big, so I exchanged them for a smaller pair. Marisota then refunded me the initial amount paid and issued a credit note for the full amount (no 10% discount this time round). After various wranglings with their customer service, which was appalling, I returned the wellies and asked for a full refund. The next thing I know they re-sent me the wellies, this time without a return postage label, so I rang them and told them that if they wanted the wellies they should arrange for them to be collected and left it on a cupboard in my porch. From that date, it took them over a week to engage a courier to collect and then failed to tell the courier where the item was, so he passed by my home several times whilst I was at work. I called the courier and explained where the wellies were and they were eventually collected. I went onto my Marisota account to check that the return had register only to see that they are trying to charge me £3 for a late return!!! It goes without saying that they have not notified me of this charge whether by phone or email.
