i am very happy with your service
but I am and always will be unhappy with your 4 weekly payment, as I only get paid last Thursday in month I have problems, its ok for my customers because I just get here money on 4 weekly. even when I pay two payments once a year it catches up with you by end of next yr. I would love it if you did monthly statements as times have moved on, and this payment method comes to times when we paid weekly.
some other catalogues have changed this I would be so so happy if you did.as I usually end up with late payment fees which I find unfair as I am good paying customer.
