very good BUT.....

we are very happy on a whole with Animed, BUT, it would be nice to be offered a discount every so often when we have been buying from them, or a loyalty type scheme. we have been ordering off Animed for over a year now and they just dont seem to want to give a discount.
it would be great if they did!!
