Had a problem wit our bed that we purchased about 12 months ago. When we rang Mattressman we were told that the guarantee ran out the next day. This was not a problem they asked for pictures of the problem mattress and sent them to the manufacturer, the same day we got a message saying that the mattress would be replaced we needed to visit theire dstore and choose a new mattress, This was done the next day. The new mattress was delivered the next day.
Excelent service and the sales person was very knew what he was selling and explained products to us.
