Cult Pens re-writes the meaning of great customer service!

I looked everywhere for a particular type of pen for my Grandson, and eventually found exactly what I was looking for at Cult Pens. I am so glad I did, because I discovered quite the largest selection of pens imaginable at really great prices. However, their customer service is even bigger than their range of writing equipment - my order was made and sent the same day, and arrived the following morning. Not only was it very well packed, but there was a really useful free gift in with the pen I had ordered! How many other companies do you know that would do that...quite extraordinary, and a thoughtful gesture which put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!
