1st Post- I purchased the ticket today, and it has been 5 hours so far and still I did not get the E-Ticket. I opened an support ticket and it said, an e-mail has been sent about support but I did not get it too, also I checked my Junk E-Mail etc. I have never seen this kind of business, all the time i get my E-Ticket straight away. I hope this will be sorted out soon, because however cheap they say we pay a lot of money.
Edit - I got my ticket, but I have to say, to get things done, need to post here, and need to issue a ticket. And your web-site is not easy to use and your support system is not good. When we see all reviews here mostly good but for the bad ones they need assistance from here. Anyway, thanks for help, but you need more things to improve. Good luck.
