My only gripe, and I have this with quite a few other online retailers, is that the courier company expects the customer to set a side a whole day whilst awaiting to take delivery. Surely in this day and age (21st IT lead century) it is not beyond the realms of possibility to notify via email or text the expected time of delivery. Most deliveries are scheduled the night before so it'd not impossible and although it's not, totally, Toolbox's responsibility they can influence and affect change.
