Everyone I had contact with was friendly and efficient and I was helped with any queries that I had while going through the process. I did find it a little off-putting to receive a phone call to remind me that the consultant was due to contact me again on the next day, particularly as I had already agreed a revised time with the consultant himself.
It's a shame that you are passed from one person/section to the next as your annuity application progresses. I understand why it is done but it would be nice to deal with just one person rather than three.
