Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Placed an order on the 25th for delivery today, the 1st of March. After phoning this morning to chase the order I was advised that there was a problem with this, at no point was I notified of any issues and even after confirmation from both the customer service executive and the manager I spoke to, that the parcel had not yet actually even processed through the picking and packing stage, that there was nothing they could do to help. The goods have not processed, they have not left the warehouse, they have not being received by Yodel, they have not arrived with me, but they can not send me a replacement order or credit my account for up to 7 business days.
After using Very before, and having no issues at all, being a happy customer in fact I am now the very opposite,
A very disgruntled, disappointed customer!
