Placed order, received no updates for 6 days, then received an email saying "item(s) from order currently unavailable". Very disappointed. Waste of time. Obviously, will not use the site again.

I ordered on 22nd and your email was dated 28th. Are you suggesting the email was on its way for 6 days? Improve your service rather than finding excuses.

I can confirm my colleague emailed you on the day you placed the order, the 22/02/13 to advise you of the current order status.
Please accept my sincere apologies if you did not receive this email, occasionally our emails can get diverted to customers spam or trash folders.
Unfortunately our website is not a live site so product stock levels can change very quickly.
