Had a bit of trouble with miscommunication and had to shop elsewhere because of it, missing two days (unpaid) off work on both occasions the sales team said the items would be out for delivery and then discovered they couldn't find them in stock.
After contacting Frank (details available on this page) and receiving an apology for the way it was dealt with, I have decided to revise this review. I was assured this wouldn't happen again in the future.
