Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I'm sorry that you were frustrated with the lead time of your order. I've checked the history of your order and can see that we despatched 4 working days after receiving your order. This is a little longer than expected on the PTFE sheet you purchased, and was due to a stock error on our systems, meaning we had to call off from our material manufacturer. I can also see that we didn't keep you informed about this delay as we normally should do. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this delay.
Our certified virgin PTFE is a high value product due to the manufacturing processes involved and the advanced technical properties which cheaper plastic materials are not able to offer. Inevitably, this does mean that a higher price is levied by the material manufacturers.
