Great onsite service though online billing could be a deal breaker

We have talked about this before. The system just seems to be inconsistent and I am curious as to haow this can be. Sometimes we are sent electronic invoices (great). Other times we don't and downloading copy invoices isn't working for us today. We can see them though they won't download. It is frustrating in extreme.

As for the onsite teams, they could not be more helpful.
