Having purchased an item from them and paid EXTRA for next day delivery as it was a gift and I also wanted to receive 2 deluxe samples for myself (cheeky, I know!). When the delivery arrived the next day, it was the WRONG item which was heavily damaged, yet from the same brand and my deluxe samples ended up being 1 mini (uninteresting) sample!!! I repeatedly emailed their customer service to raise the query of their mistake. Instead, they fobbed me off with an unhelpful response. I needed the product for today to give as a gift and as a result, I have nothing to give! Thanks ever so much Beautybay.
