Took the time to offer us a printer with lower consumable costs

After placing the order online I received a phone call to confirm the order and that it would be shipped. They pointed us to an alternative which was more expensive initially but cheaper over the life cycle. As we are not heavy users for printing it would take a few years to reap any benefit, so stayed with our original choice. It is a bit of a minefield choosing the right printer and they can be expensive to run as the cartridges vary greatly in cost. Nice to know someone actually took the time to point this out before we purchased. Thank You Printerland
