Outstanding service

I don't normally write reviews but I continue to be astounded by the service I receive from Heinnie Haynes.

Orders are always despatched promptly and are always packaged with care. They even seem to be able to make Royal Mail deliver on time!

I made another order today (a friday) at close to 3pm. Most companies wouldn't bother despatching till Monday, but within 5 minutes of placing my order I received a despatch confirmation email!

I have also dealt with their returns department on one occasion for a faulty knife. Normally this is an area which lets a company down but not for Heinnie Haynes. The day they received my knife back I was sent an email with them confirming the fault, Unfortunately they had no others in stock so I was offered credit or a full refund. I took the full refund as I would have spent that credit straight away on something I probably didn't need! My refund was issued within 30 mins of me replying to their email.

I tell no word of a lie when I say this is the most reliable and trustworthy online retailer that I have ever come across.
