Excellence as standard
Cheesy headline but true. Excellent service from Heinnie as always - 'standard / econmy' shipping that is delivered within two days. But It's when there things go wrong (as they inevitably will) that Heinnie shine. A minor problem with an item was dealt with personally and quickly by the team. Reported on Tuesday, it was resolved and replacement product in my hands by Friday, ie, delivered, fixed and re-devlivered in the timeframe most other companies would take to ship.
Superb range, great prices but the service really puts Heinnie head and shoulders above everyone else.
