good quality well made easy to fit, let down by poor delivery information
The product looks of good quality and was made to the size I specified. Frankly I was amazed it came with no fitting instructions at all. Not sure if this is standard, I assume not, as I would have thought they needed to be supplied by law.
For certain they need to improve their delivery system. I phoned to ask delivery day, drove 37 miles into London to wait at the flat as they said delivery between 8 and 6!
Waited 6 hours, phoned again to be told they had been left with a neighbour the day before! The neighbour was out. You would think the carrier could have left a note!
Anyway god product. Very poor carrier.

The sofa I ordered was as ordered, and they fitted it well and on time.
no complaints at all.
