If anyone is using Protect Your Bubble Insurance for any of their gadgets think again.
I had my phone lost recently and reported it immediately. For the last week I've been in daily contact multiple times with Protect Your Bubble and all they have done is try to throw loopholes at me so they don't replace the phone: each one having to be argued about, emails, phone calls and scanning documents off to them. It's ridiculous!
I have sent all the required information, they say that emails take time to come through but when they ask for further information there is no hold up on any emails.
If this is not sorted soon I will be contacting my solicitor for legal advice.
