Initially ordered with an out-of-date post code, and was contacted within half-an-hour of making the order to verify the post code - which was very impressive. So far so good, unfortunately I wanted to enter a minor adjustment to the post code specifying that the delivery reception was on the 2nd floor. Dispite my entering this, somewhere between supplying the 'full address' and delivery, the 2nd floor was omitted and the hapless delivery man couldn't make the initial delivery. I rang Ocean Lighting and they were very helpful, took my amended directions, and relayed it to the delivery company wo were successful in making a following day delivery. Full marks to the staff, 70% to the post code software that stops additional details from being added and only 45% to delivery company (especially as there was a big sign on ground floor stating that receiption was on the 2nd floor!); in addition, my wife went to every floor of the delivery building but was unable to find a failed delivery card.
