Not impressed
The flutes i purchased were not of a high standard. They were supposed to be a true blue but they looked either faded or faulty in that they look grey ? Very disappointing !

I am sorry that you are not happy with the colour of the Dartington LLB Flute Champagne glasses. We have sold the range very well over the last few years with very few complaints. There has been colour variances in the range and where more than one is required we make sure they match.
I am more than happy for the glasses to be returned for a refund.We would rather this than an unhappy customer. Please let me know if you wish to take this course and we can discuss with you how best to arrange it.
