Excellent service, and response, quick delivery. Good Value. I was concerned after reviews, but no worries

I searched the web for a (Red) Olympus Tough TG820 and had ordered it at a camera shop only to be told later they had none in stock. I contacted a number of other outlets, and discovered they could not get the desired camera in red either. I found ValueBasket and they not only had this hard to find camera in stock but at a very competetive price too. I promptly ordered it, then read some online reviews which worried me. I believed I had found another online retailer who had managed to decieve me and never actually had the camera. BUT I WAS VERY WRONG. I contacted them with my concerns and had a reply within minutes. They confirmed they did have the stock and not only did they have the camera but it was delivered quickly (less than the promised 7 days).
