Delivery was quick. Communication was good. However, they took no notice of the delivery instructions I left when placing the order. I know these were received ok as it was in my email confirmation. However, I was out when they delivered. They didn't leave it in the safe place I had specified. So I had to re-arrange delivery. Ironically, to the safe place I had told them to leave it in in the first place!

All customer notes are automatically assigned to the order on checkout, these are then sent directly to Fed Ex who apply the customer note delivery stickers on to the parcels when we send them to to sorting depot.
Unfortunately it looks like the customer note was never printed off and attached at the Fed Ex depot.
