Slow cashback payers

I bought chocolates from Chocolate Trading Company as a free Valentine's Day offer via TopCashBack. The chocolates arrived in time and were very nice. However they were rather over-priced at £7.99 for a tiny box. I also had to go through the TopCashBack complaints procedure to get my refund which hadn't been forwarded by the company.
