I was very angry about a messed up delivery due last Friday and wrote a very cross review. However, I have to say Gear4Music were great. They let me go and collect the item from their store, said they would sort out the return of the undelivered item and even, by the time I had driven home, had refunded my delivery costs. So I cannot fault the staff here - very helpful, efficient, pleasant. The couriers, on the other hand ......
Anyway, just off to order something else for another grandchild, that's how pleased I was with their response to my complaints. I wonder if the courier will mess up this time! Not placing any bets on correct delivery day!
