I understand that mistakes are made. I also understand that Partsmaster can only go on the information they are given- after all, they didn't make the appliances in the first place! Its still a bit annoying when the wrong parts are received though. Awaiting returns confirmation from customer service. I would use again though, they are always quick to respond.
The order, use of website, transaction, dispatch etc was first class. It appears to be a very good product too, it just doesn't appeal to my taste, that's all. I would definitely recommend to a friend though.
