No instructions sent with bed. Called on a Saturday and pressed 2 for customer service, on hold for 10 mins then got through to very rude girl in sales team who said nothing could be done til customer service were open Monday, why gave option for them if not open? Girl didn't even apologise. Customer service called me Monday and emailed instructions through, she at least was helpful. Maybe sales staff should be trained better on how to deal with customer complaints!!
