can some1 please tell me what is going on with my tickets. i ordered 5 tickets for 1direction at the start of july 2012 and still have not recieved these i am panackining as i have 4 very anxious children counting the sleeps till the concert. i have emailed several times and the information i am getting back is not very useful.my sister has been in contact through your facebook account on wednesday she was told the tickets had been sent and tonight she was told there is a problem with the 5 tickets and the seller is having problems getting them to me. the seller wants me to meet him in dublin i find this very suspicious as i do not understand why we have to pay a delivery charge also the seller apparently wants to change my dates for the concert. can some1 please explain what is going on

However us discussed earlier the only way we could arrange for you to receive your ticket was by arranging a meet up with the seller in Dublin. As confirmed over phone with you today we have issued a full refund of your delivery fee back to your method of payment as you have agreed to meet with the seller of your tickets.
