Good service when it works

Bought black ops 2 in the past with no problems (their service is good when it works), but now I buy crysis 3 (some 3 months later from the same account) and it somehow picks me up with their buggy "anti-fraud system" from which they want me to send them sensitive documents via a scanner. Waste of time. Furthermore they can't even spell properly (licence instead of license) and mock their customers via e-mail. Won't be buying from here again nor recommending them to anyone.
