Recently purchased a mobile phone agreement for the wife and a SIM for myself we have had nothing but problems since we joined them. I Provided the PAC No and it took several days to change back to the wife’s old No. After several weeks she has realized she can’t get voice messages from her phone. I received my SIM card set up the phone and gave talktalk my PAC No, it took three attempts for them to change my mobile No back to my old No, each time giving me a date with nothing happening it took nearly two weeks to resolve. It is now three weeks later and still can’t get messages on my phone. I raised these issues with the so called help desk which at times is very difficult to communicate due to the poor English spoken by certain operatives. The last telephone operative made out that it was my fault as I did not appreciate it was over the Christmas period although they had given me three change over dates during this period were they fobbing me off!. The last service manager I spoke to was disinterested and rude with no resolve to the situation I am totally dissatisfied with the service received and would not recommend anyone changing over to talktalk mobile until they have resolved these issues. I have found it very frustrating and time consuming to say the least and still unable to receive voice mail.
SIMPLY ELECTRONICS. i Made an order for a Nokia Lumia 820 and pain by Debit card. 6 days later no confirmation of dipatch then recieved e-mail to say the item was out of stock. Although web page stated 7 in stock. Sent them an e-mail giving my concerns that they had mislead me and when would it be in stock. Recieved and email saying they could not tell me when. Re checked the site once again there were 5 in stock found this very strange and misleading. This is to mislead customers in making an order, taking your money with no intention of providing the product have requested my money back whether I get it or i dont know, will update on this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!

Having purchased a samsung tablet from Currys in November 2012 under the cash back scheme and. now March 2013.Currys being a supposedly trust worthy Company. After competing the application at the correct time with all items completed fully I have not recieved any communication from then. I have. Tried to chase my claim with code provided but I just get the message its being considered. I will never shop at Currys again they are a bunch of con merchants.
