Not quite 5*, delivery lacking

My 92 year old Mum was delighted with her birthday flowers but the delivery person did not knock loudly or wait for an answer, as I asked in the special instructions. The flowers were heavy and Mum didn't hear the door but just noticed someone walking away down the path. She had some difficulty getting them into the house. Need to improve communication with delivery people but otherwise, happy with flowers.
