Speedy service all round

Emails were replied to very prompty and the service I received was brilliant.

Terrible is an understatement

They billed me £180 because they made an error.

3 weeks later I have still not received a refund. I can't wait for the contract to end. I will never be going back to them.


Good Service (Military Line)

I had no problems with BT. Received very good service and only minor problems with connections.

That being said, there is a dedicated BT Military line where I speak to English advisors. Just goes to show how much difference it can make as to who is on the other end of a phone. I never once phoned BT directly, I like to speak to people who I can understand and are not following a script.

I just don't understand companies who recruit or have advisors based in places like India. I would happily pay a little extra and wait longer on the phone to speak to an English person where you get much better service.


Terrible, no payment, no response to emails.

I sent my motorola defy off near the beginning of February, a week later I received an email stating they still haven't received my phone. I emailed them back assuring them I had sent it but to this day, they still haven't replied.

I also replied again today but don't expect anything.

Absolute disgrace that it is taking so long, this review will be updated when they process the order.


Received a phone call from Bozowi today, its funny what a bad review can do for them to react. Why can't they react like this when I email them?

I have been advised to phone Royal Mail because allegedly they have lost it. How on earth are Royal Mail going to track it when it was sent in a Freeport envelope? I would have sent it recorded but the phone was only worth £25 and I was selling it for my grandparents. In the future It just goes to show i need to go with the more reputable companies for a lower cost. This just isn't worth it.

£25 is not a lot but well worth losing it knowing not to use Bozowi again.

Personally I think it's Bozowi that have lost it in processing, from reading previous replies to reviews on here, they mention they dealt with just under 5,000 units over the past few weeks. Could they have possibly lost it? Why can't they admit that they have possibly lost it instead of instantly trying to blame Royal Mail?

I have contacted Royal Mail, they said they have no chance of tracking as it was freepost and i can fill in a compensation form. Really not worth my time. Looks like I must admit defeat and lose the £25. I have better things to be doing.

We can advise that we still have not received your order to process it.

We received two emails from you, (Friday 22nd of Feb and Saturday 3rd of March), the first stating that you had sent your order to us, which is fine as we would process it as soon as we receive it and can extend the time once to allow a little extra time for it to arrive. As you sent your order in at the beginning of February we would have expected to have received it by now.

Your second email we have only just received over the weekend and will be answered today as our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

Until we receive your order we are not able to process it.
Reply to update:

As we received your email over the weekend is the reason why we did not respond, you should already have had a reply or will do soon as we do not work over the weekends.

We understand your frustration in regard to the item being "lost", we cannot be responsible for your order until it actually arrives, this is the reason we recommend you send by a tracked service like recorded or special delivery or to take the item to the post office and get a certificate of posting.

It is our process to count every item received and book them into our automated system where it is checked against the items received from Royal Mail, there are no discrepancies with items checked and booked in.
