could not tell us when delivery would be,had to take afternoon of work. Box arrived damaged,clearly had water damage and when we opened the box we found that the bath was badly cracked. Delivery company spoke to them explained what he had seen, told to take bath back. We then get a phone call and told to take photos of bath, bath has already gone back. WE then get another phone call 20 min later, they don't have another bath and will reimburse us.3 weeks later still no money, eventually we got through to customer service and they then sorted out the reimbursement. Very unimpressed with customer service and attitude from the company. Strong advice do not buy from them.
Having already ordered from another company who delivered a cracked bath and then could not replace it and took 3 weeks to repay the money for it. Bath Empire was a complete change and a pleasant surprise, from start to finish they have been fantastic. As soon as we ordered the goods we received a conformation email (we should of known the other company was dodgy when we did not get this!) Then we got a message to say the goods would be delivered a week on Wednesday only for them to ring us and ask if it was OK for it to be delivered today. Apart form one box looking damaged all the goods were in fact in perfect condition and everything looks fantastic. Time will tell when it is fitted but so far good. Only one thing, if buying a freestanding bath it would be worth the website saying it does not include the waste at all and you cannot buy it from the website.
