Confirmed delivery date very promptly, delivered within specified timescales (less than 2 weeks), good communication throughout order, professional friendly staff including delivery men. Very pleased with the chest of drawers we purchased and the service received. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - Ordered a chest of drawers and within less than 12 hours was informed item could not be supplied, completely unsuitable alternatives suggested (bedside tables). Cancelled order in less 24 hours. Advised that order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued and should be received within 7-10 working days. Over one month later despite letter of complaint and chasing several times refund still not received and/or confirmation that the refund payment has been success fully made. Find it completely unacceptable that any payment was taken for an item the company is unable to supply and that despite chasing, refund payment is still outstanding. Very poor.
