No delivery and no money back since more than one year!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a chair in january 2012 and have to pay the whole price (about 880 Euro!!!) direct after the order placement. After several information about late delivery via email we did cancel the order end of 2012. Infurn did confirm to pay the money back via credit card - but we still did not revceive our money. Contacting Infurn is very hard - only via the website -no phone number available. So we wait more than one year for money or delivery without any result.
So for us Infurn is not a reputable company. We start to investigate to use legal measures and contact for that german consumer protection to receive support.
So our advice is not to order anything from Infurn. Don't trust this webshop.

Further to your comments, we do ask for payment up-front as is customary in many EU countries, however,we are sorry the delay in delivery and the ensuing problems with regard to your order.
