Packaging of parcels needs to be improved

I ordered two crackle glass garden lanterns, they were delivered by the courier service on the second attempt ( unable to locate my address) the two boxes were covered in bubble wrap but the bottom of one of the lamps was still broken and I had to hoover up small shards of glass - it's a shame the actual boxes were not filled with bubble wrap or polystyrene packing to protect such fragile items.
I decided not to return the item as it is still useable, so not a complete disaster.
This won't put me off ordering from Total Warehouse again
