Did not deliver - Did not respond to e-mails - No communication - wondering is this a scam?

Placed order on line paid by credit card - chased delivery on day of delivery after lunch time as flowers not delivered. Brisk email reply stating that they had until 6pm to deliver - which was small print I just had not expected! 6pm is really late to have flowers delivered anyway - especially if for someone at work or any business address.

Chased later that night - still really constructively - now no reply - chased next day - still no reply - finally called office - but shut at 5.30pm (Saturday) - just a small point here -so if by chance anyone was delivering something before 6pm they would have reached a closed office!

No answer phone - just wondering now what to do next.

And still no idea where the flowers for my wife are!

Its just something that NEVER happend to me before with using INTERFLORA, local florists and another online one FLYINGFLOWERS............several dozen times over the years.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the problems that you have encountered with us. Please be advised that the bouquet that was ordered was a courier delivered item and as it states on our website, we are unable to guarantee delivery times for these items.

We believe that our Customer Service team however, refunded you in full for the non-delivery of the flowers.
