The blind I ordered is as requested, the online ordering was easy and the sizing straight forward. A wooden frontpiece to cover the metal casing at the top was scratched quite deep for about six-inches but I had some wood stain knocking around in the shed and managed to mask it. I didn't send it back because taking delivery did present a problem. The delivery address label (my office address) did not include my name though it was included in the delivery request, and some of the address was missing ('Bowling' became 'Bow'). The postcode was correct but it was delivered to the wrong building (and business). Not sure whether it was signed for but it arrived to me, opened, after doing the rounds next door whilst they were trying to find who it belonged to. Could it have been scratched during this process? who knows but who do you blame? I found it propped up in a corner of our post room because my colleagues didn't know who to pass it to either!
