Fast service

Just one thing. I was buying air vent for a window. First I purchased part which I found on your web site and this was internal part. When this come to me I was supprised that there is no external part with it. I found external part in the catalogue and orded this any way but will be nice if the web site ask you do you need for example the external part? This I just one suggestion.
