I ordered a jumper on a whim and was given a delivery date of the Monday using the Collect service at my local corner shop. Luckily it wasn't for anything special as I got a phone call and a text saying that the package would be a day late for whatever reason. Bearing in mind I had ordered over the weekend I thought this was quite acceptable and I turned up on the Tuesday to find the delivery waiting for me as expected. I was extremely happy with this as Very kept me well informed from early on and kept to their amended schedule.
I was very impressed with the Collect service as I could get the package at a time that suited me and I felt that there was a good level of security, even down to a letter received the day after I collected to confirm that a delivery had been made should any other correspondence have gone astray. Overall, very pleased with the service.
