MyHermes customer service does not exist

Keep trying to make a complaint about their driver and they are totally disinterested.
Three times now their delivery person has left a parcel behind a gate presumably because they are too lazy to actually deliver to the door.

The first time my parcel was left inside my gate sitting in mud, found when my daughter called.

Second time: electronic item left behind my neighbours gate for two days in torrential rain, found when the nurse called.
This week another: parcel found behind my neighbours gate .

What really makes me mad is that you are not interested in my complaint just f be using you againob me off and tell me to complain to the retailer, well thyat is what I have done and they have had so many complaints they won't.be using you again.
