Ordered Truly madly deeply bouquet for surprise birthday gift , it arrived bang on time with sms confirmation . Packed with flower food and clear instructions it has lasted three weeks and was much appreciated .

Totally ineffective home delivery and customer "service " . Took my order online , didn't deliver or contact , 5 lengthy calls to South Africa later Asda still hold my now cancelled order on my cancelled but still active account as "delivered" and calling the store ended up back in South Africa .
Tip : Notify your card issuer should you share my misfortune , with their track record Asda might just attempt to extract a fraudulent payment
Sympathies to all those suffering bad service from this outfit I stopped buying from any company using HDNL or their other reincarnations after similar horror stories . Found out by accident that Yodel were the company who now use a self-employed courier who has delivered three times spot-on time and quality to a difficult address in Cheshire .Still not impressed by their on-line tracking service but credit where its due
Had serious problems with deliveries in the past which spoiled good range and decent prices . The last three deliveries have been spot-on , maybe we're just lucky but credit where its due they seem to be trying harder
First and last purchase last week . Promotional discount promised on telephone not given , hidden surchage for using Paypal , failed delivery charged for because contact details were wrong and driver ' couldn't find address ' , no reply to 5 messages and over an hour on a premium phoneline because my account was mysteriously blocked .
Not what they seem , still no washing machine and refused delivery until I paid extra charge even though refund of previous overcharge cannot be processed until next week .
Watch this space , will probably get a platitude from Customer Experience in response which is more than I got .
Overall the worst buying experience of my life , six months on no reply to complaint letters , why waste any more time on them ? Beware , they may dish out platitudes and half-truths in response here but will not follow up promises

Never had any problems , watch out for " free delivery " costs when buying .

Recently had to contact CS five times to convince them that cancelling a purchase from a dodgy seller was their responsibility not mine , eventually got the result needed by quoting the distress their actions caused .
Had several trips with Thomas Cook who offer good prices and nice online support , resort reps seem worse than average but don't expect too much for the prices paid .
Thought I'd mention they recently beat Kuoni on price for a trip and couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable
Like the reserve and collect service to save telephoning around , Argos Clearance site is great for discontinued or refurb bargains . Did'nt like their complex way of offering discount vouchers .
Had 2 contracts for 5 years now , still the cheapest with good coverage in my area and excellent 3G data network . Conversations with Customer Service always polite and courteous , no reason to change
Like so many others , I received my goods after 6 weeks ( despatch note was dated one month earlier ) with insufficient postage . Caused inconvenience and financial loss , methinks they wait until lasty minute knowing Paypal aren't interested in postal surcharges
